UF0346 Course: Effective Communication and Teamwork

In the field of administration and management, it is necessary to know the different fields of the integral management of Human Resources, within the Professional Area Administration and Audit. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for effective communication and teamwork.

- Apply personal and social skills in human resources management processes. - Estimate personal and social skills valued by the company and contrast them with those considered of special interest in labor relations. - Assessing to what extent personal and social skills affect productivity and the achievement of objectives and goals - Analyze the importance of formal and informal communications in the business field, valuing their advantages and disadvantages. - Maintain sufficient fluidity in interpersonal relationships, using effective forms of communication and with the periodicity required for each specific case. - Apply the personal and social skills necessary to achieve effective communication in interpersonal relationships that, on the occasion of the performance of professional activity, occur inside and outside the company. - Apply leadership techniques and skills to favor the integration and efficiency of teamwork and prevent conflicts. - Assess the importance of teamwork as the sum of wills to achieve objectives and goals. - Apply, at your level, leadership techniques to optimize teamwork relationships. - Identify the personal and social skills that the leader must possess, as an individual capable of influencing the performance of the work activity and source of motivation to achieve objectives and goals - foster, at their level, teamwork, using leadership skills, respecting the work of the members and promoting obtaining synergy - apply, at their level, the appropriate skills and techniques to prevent or resolve the appearance of conflicts. - Identify the most used guidance and motivation techniques in the employment relationship, in addition to the individual rewards of one or another sign, economical or non -monetary. - Apply, to your level, the techniques of guidance and motivation to change, which are projected or produced in your work environment.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF0346 Effective Communication and Teamwork, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at: this course is aimed at professionals in the world of administration and management, specifically in integrated human resources management, within the professional area of administration and audit, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to effective communication and teamwork.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
