UF2363 Basic actions for fire control in expanded attack. Forest fires of extreme behavior

In the field of the world of safety and environment it is necessary to know the different fields of the surveillance and extinction operations of forest fires and support for contingencies in the natural and rural environment, within the professional area Security and prevention. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the basic actions for fire control in expanded attack and forest fires of extreme behavior.

- Drive with skill different types of manual and mechanical tools, used in the control and extinction of the forest fire in expanded attack and in extreme behavior fires. - Operate with water driving equipment and hose lines in extinction and/or control in expanded attack and forest fires of extreme behavior. - Perform interventions with heavy machinery support, for extinction and/or fire control in expanded attack and extreme behavior fires in the forest environment. - Describe and prepare personal and communication protective teams in the extinction of forest fires.

It develops its professional activity as a worker dependent on public administrations, as well as in public and private companies dedicated to agroforestry and environmental work, working in a coordinated manner with the members that are part of the patrol and under the orders of a responsible.

This formation conforms to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF2363 Basic Fire Control in Expanded Attack. Forest fires of extreme behavior, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at accreditation of the professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor of Labor (Royal Decree Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
