Summary
Despite the great advances that have taken place in history regarding the recognition of the female gender, the rights recognized to women, etc., today the equality between sexes is not yet real and effective. It is for this reason that the development and application of policies and strategies that promote this real equality between men and women become a justified and necessary work. Similarly, given the inequality between sexes, the female group becomes a group that has an area of its own intervention, with professionals that require specialization and commitment to the cause. The intervention with women goes through the recognition of equality policies as something totally necessary, and of obligatory execution.

To prepare you
This course prepares professionals of equal opportunities for direct or transversal intervention with women, with the aim of enhancing their social position and promoting the empowerment of these. It provides a historical vision of feminist vision and contextualizes the feminist movements that have emerged throughout history, understanding its causes and characteristics. Prepares the equality agent for the elaboration of equality plans in the workplace, and also includes which are the main policies in terms of equality that are carried out. You will know the competencies that equality agents must gather, and you will learn what the intervention protocol with women that is carried out from social services is.
Who is it addressed to?
This course is aimed at all the people who work or are voluntary in the social field, both in the public and private field, and who are committed to real and effective gender equality, with the aim of achieving a more egalitarian society in every way.
Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
