At the most technical level you will see the main commands of Linux to move through the terminal, using different tools such as text editors that we have several such as Vim and Nano. Process and user control managers. So students can work in Linux environments comfortably for different purposes. How to administer servers, Linux systems or configure it according to your work needs and the tools you use.

Goals

- Understand the origin of UNIX and the different versions, as well as the importance of free software. - Define and use the command interpreter or console to work it. - Dominate various text editors for Linux, such as VI, Emacs, Joe and others. - Use web applications in Linux, including browsers, FTP, SSH and email. - Learn to seek help and access online documentation resources for the distribution of Linux used. - Dominate the installation of the operating system, network configuration, printer management among others.
