MF1557-3 Course Organization of the manufacture of biological base products and biotechnological services

In the field of chemistry it is necessary to know the different fields of the organization and control of processes and realization of biotechnological services, within the professional area of the chemical process. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to organize the manufacture of biological base products and the development of biotechnological services.

- Analyze the basic processes in obtaining biotechnological products or services, relating the basic and auxiliary phases and operations with the manipulations and/or transformations of the raw materials. - Describe and relate the operation of auxiliary production equipment and evaluate the quality of the necessary characteristics of the auxiliary fluids, relating the function they perform in the different process areas with the characteristics of the equipment. - Describe the organizational and functional structure of productive industries and biotechnological services. - Define and apply techniques to supervise, direct and organize the routine and special activities of a working group in the biotechnological process area. - Supervise the production process in the Business Resource Planning System (ERP). - Analyze the actions and documentation required in the planning and control of biotechnological processes. - Relate the quality of the process and the organization of the same, specifying in the form of written instructions the procedures to be followed. - Verify availability and suitability of all the necessary resources for the process, according to the corresponding manufacturing sheet and filling it. - Analyze the stages of verification of an order of manufacturing a batch of biotechnological products. - Documentary verify the suitability of the equipment and facilities in terms of cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of them.

This professional will exercise its activity in biotechnological companies of a public or private nature, where it will develop its work in the area of obtaining products and realization of biotechnological services, both in those sectors where technologies that suppose the use of living organisms or their components are used, this being its main activity, as in those others that are not even their main activity, they can innovate with biotechnological techniques some products and processes.

This formation adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1557_3 training module Organization of the manufacture of biological base products and the development of biotechnological services, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will opt for to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through their respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of chemistry, within the professional area of the chemical process, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge to organize the manufacture of biological base products and the development of biotechnological services.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
