This course in commercial direction offers you a specialized training in the field. For every profession it is necessary to have certain qualities and skills, in order to perform the work effectively. The organization of the employees, structuring of said organization, generation of equipment and establishing the different leadership and solution of problems that this entails is a crucial and important part of the commercial management, from whose performance the company can benefit directly because a stability and security is created in the necessary workplace. In order to carry out these guidelines, it is necessary to have a certain conceptual basis that will be the one that will provide this course, the different methods of control, planning and execution necessary in the commercial management will be learned, either for a professional purpose or with a personal purpose.

- Know the importance of the organization in the tasks of the seller, study the qualities that a good seller must have, differentiate the moral norms of the legal ones. - Know the characteristics that a company must gather to consider a good organization, analyze the basic types of organizations, know how a company is organized for its main accounts, define the concept of purchasing center. - List the factors that influence sales forecast, know the tools and techniques used in the supervision of the sales team, identify leadership and supervision problems. - List the expense control methods, know the importance of planning, execution and assessment within the sales management process, know what a marketing audit is. - Learn the technique of questions as a means to find out the needs and reasons for customers. - Define the characteristics and types of negotiators. Know the different phases of the commercial negotiation process. - Determine which are the main elements involved in the negotiation.
