Course in choreographies for fitness monitors

The course in choreographies design for fitness monitors is about practical training that enables to be able to exercise professionally as a fitness monitor, personal coach, physical trainer, or Fitness professor either in a gym, sports federation, athletics club, etc., designing choreographies so that classes, exercises and practices are most enjoyable, practical and fun.

- Know the anatomical and physiological basis of the movement to apply them to the characteristic fitness exercises - Acquire basic knowledge about the bone system and muscle physiology - Analyze the physiological responses to the fitness exercises - Understand the importance of nutrition in sports - knowing the theory of training applied to fitness - Select the most appropriate music/s to different choreographic compositions To be used in collective fitness programs with musical support, identifying its structural elements and possibilities of application -use - Design choreographies and choreographic progressions typical of collective fitness with musical support, to be used in collective fitness programs with musical support - Prepare the musical support by addition of previously selected musical pieces to adapt it to a choreography of reference reference

Fitness monitor in sports centers or gyms.

This course will provide the student with the necessary knowledge to design choreographies for fitness classes, in addition to satisfactorily supervising the needs of the different aesthetic, sports and health objectives of students as a fitness monitor.

It is aimed at all those who want to expand their professional knowledge about the design of choreographies for fitness monitors.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
