Master in Constitutional Law

With this Master in Constitutional Law, it will receive specialized training in the field. Every country is governed by a series of rights and laws that are necessary to know and analyze. With this course, it will become an expert in law in order to know and identify the rights for which our country is governed.

- Maintain the social order, the harmony of the community and peace. - Get a peaceful coexistence among individuals. - Preserve the interest of the majority, the well -known general or common interest. - Understand the set of rules agreed by individuals so that there is stability within society, that is, a reasonable and peaceful coexistence. - Distinguish the organization of the public administrations established in the Constitution, as well as the institutions of the European Union, identifying the applicable legal norms and their publication. - Apply the regulations of the administrative and contentious-administrative procedures, in the completion, writing and presentation of official documents and printed types of public agencies and administrations, in accordance with the nature of the information to be expressed. - Know fundamental rights. - Know political institutions. - Know the state models. - Know the European Union.

The present constitutional law will form in constitutional matters, knowing many of the most prominent aspects of current systems, such as: fundamental rights, political institutions, state models or the European Union.

The present Master in Constitutional Law is aimed at all those who want to form in matters of law. It can also be a complementary training for all those recently entitled in law who want to expand their knowledge.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
