Master in health expertise + university degree (5 ECTS credits)

Through this master's degree in health expertise, students are offered to the necessary knowledge to train for the free exercise of the judicial expert function in the judicial processes of work, civil or criminal as well as to work on behalf of others in this area. Throughout the present master's degree, everything necessary to be able to exercise as a judicial expert is offered, successfully developing this activity, and once the diploma will be obtained, it will be able to process the discharge in the courts that it designates it. This Master of Judicial Expert includes all the current legislation in the world of the expertise.

Among the main objectives of this Master in health expertise we can highlight the following: - Know the functions, procedures, techniques and instruments of the judicial expertise. - Know the different types of expertise that we can find. - Interpret the mediation system and its importance in the involvement of those affected. - Differentiate between the types of expert reports. - Know the process of preparing expert reports. - Analyze judicial evidence, from its concept to the practice of said test. - Analyze how to assess the expert test.

JUDICIAL EXPERTY / JUDICIAL EXPERT / PERFORMANCE OF EXPERIENCY REPORTS / SANITARY EXPERTY / FORENSIC TANATOLOGY / HEALTH

This master's degree in health expertise prepares him to obtain the necessary knowledge to intervene as an expert in the courts and courts of justice, especially in the civil and criminal field. Article 335.1 of the LEC (Law 1/2000, of January 7, on civil prosecution) refers to this figure and establishes that: “When scientific, artistic, technical or practical knowledge is necessary to assess facts or relevant circumstances in the matter or acquire certainty about them, they could contribute to the process the opinion of experts who possess the corresponding knowledge…” demands of individuals and societies, administration and justice. The student, at the end of the course, will obtain a diploma that will allow him to register as a professional associate in Aspejure and be able to exercise in the courts and courts. It is a suitable course for access to the lists of the courts.

This master's degree in health expertise is aimed at university degrees in the subject subject of the course, and in the event that the subject is not included in any professional degree is also addressed to any professional or person who wishes to obtain the necessary knowledge to be able to intervene as an expert in courts, courts of justice, especially in the criminal and civil fields. However, as established by the Civil Procedure Law in its article 340.1: Experts must possess the official title that corresponds to the subject subject of the opinion and the nature of the latter. If they are subjects that are not included in official professional titles, they will be appointed among people understood in those subjects.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
