The main aspects that are addressed are the sociocultural and psychobiological foundations of mature sexuality, sex education, the promotion of sexual health and the solution of problems. Everything is part of a referential framework based on knowledge, as a nuclear element, of freedom, and from an integral vision, in which mature sexuality is considered a value, an opportunity and a capacity.
