MF0049-2 course for materials dispensed

In the field of chemistry, it is necessary to know the different fields of the elaboration of pharmaceutical and related products, within the pharmaquímica professional area. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to dispense materials for the manufacturing process.

- Act with safety and hygiene criteria in access to the manufacturing area and use product safety sheets. - Demonstrate an attitude of order, rigor and knowledge of cleaning processes in the experimental and manipulative field. - Prepare the necessary equipment and facilities for material dispensing. - Prepare the necessary utensils and containers to perform the heavy process. - Receive and verify the materials for manufacturing following the current procedures. - Perform heavy operations. - Perform operations to dispense fluid materials. - Order, classify and group the heavy by lot to guarantee the traceability of the dispensed products. - Use heavy registration systems for warehouse control. - Act with safety and hygiene criteria in the classification transport and storage of materials.

This professional will exercise his activity in pharmaceutical and related companies where he will develop his work in the area of pharmaceutical products (pharmaceutical forms).

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0049_2 Material Module Module, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of chemistry, specifically in the elaboration of pharmaceutical and related products, within the professional area of the pharmochemistry and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the dispensing of materials.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
