MF0104-2 Course Auxiliary systems in thermal and surface metal treatments

Within the world of mechanical manufacturing, it is necessary to know the different fields of within the professional area of mechanical operations. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for auxiliary systems in thermal and superficial metal treatments.

- Relate the auxiliary processes of thermal and superficial treatments of metal parts (feeding of parts, tools, emptying or filling of deposits, evacuation of waste, among others) with the phases, techniques and means used manual or automatic. - Operate the pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, programmable organs, among others, involved in the manipulation, transport and other operations of the thermal and superficial metal treatment processes, acting on its regulation and control elements, in personal safety conditions and environmental protection. - List the applicable regulations to auxiliary systems in surface treatments specifying them. - Adapt control programs for automatic feeding systems of parts and auxiliary operations of thermal and superficial treatments of metal parts (manipulation and cooling, fluid supply, among others). - Control the response of automated systems checking, through the necessary measurements, the work trajectories and the synchronism of movements.

It develops its activity in the area of production of metallic transforms of companies of small, medium or large size, depending in some cases of higher level technicians. In large facilities he can have operators in his charge.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0104_2 Training Systems in thermal and surface treatments of metals, certifying having overcome the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that they publish the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals from the world of mechanical manufacturing, more specifically those within the professional area of mechanical operations, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to auxiliary systems in thermal and superficial metal treatments.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
