MF1793-3 Course Management of insurance mediation activities

Within the world of administration and management it is necessary to know the different fields of private insurance and reinsurance and auxiliary activities, within the professional area of finance and insurance. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the management of insurance mediation activities.

- Analyze the organizational structure and the usual administrative processes of insurance and/or reinsurance mediation companies, according to their different legal forms, type of mediation and applicable regulations. - Prepare the strategic and operational plan of different types of insurance and/or type reinsurance mediation companies, defining the objectives to be achieved, and strategies and actions to be executed, in the different functional areas. - Apply budget and economic-financial techniques in a business plan or insurance mediation company project, detecting deviations and determining its viability and profitability. - Complete the documentation related to the legal obligations required for the development of insurance and reinsurance mediation activity, as well as that required by supervisory bodies and their action procedures. - Analyze the parameters that determine quality in internal action and customer service procedures in insurance and reinsurance mediation companies.

He develops his professional and foreign account activity in mediation activities, mediation mediating among the insurance or reinsurance and insured makers of a part, and the authorized insurance or reinsure entities of another, in the insurance or private reinsurer. In the development of professional activity, universal accessibility principles are applied in accordance with current legislation.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1793_3 management of insurance mediation activities, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the administration and management world, specifically in mediation of private insurance and reinsurance and auxiliary activities, within the professional area of finance and insurance, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the management of insurance mediation activities.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
