Perito Substator Course: Judicial Expert in Training and Canine Behavior + University Degree in preparing expert reports (double degree with 5 ECTS credits)

In the field of training with dogs, it is necessary that we know the behavior of the different races, as well as their physiognomy and genetic characteristics to be able to work on their behavior. With this course we intend to contribute the necessary knowledge to perform efficient work with all types of dogs. It will also allow us to train specialists so that they can make reports and procedures related to this sector. This course enables him for the free exercise of the judicial expert in training and modification of behaviors in dogs in criminal and civil areas, as well as to work on behalf of others. This judicial expert course contains everything necessary to be able to exercise as a judicial expert, successfully developing this activity, in addition to obtaining the diploma will be able to process the discharge in the courts that it designates. This judicial expert course includes all current legislation in the world of the expertise.

- Know the functions, procedures, techniques and instruments of the judicial expertise - Know the different types of expert opinions that we can find - interpret the mediation system and the importance of the latter in the implication of those affected - Analyze the behavior and physical characteristics of the dog, by observing their attitude towards physical contact, environmental stimulation, and interaction with it, for its selection and/or detection of characteristic abnormalities. - Modify the behavior of the dog, to perform basic impulse control exercises, obedience and overcoming obstacles, by applying a preferred work program. - Apply the safety criteria for third parties and self -protection during the management and training of dogs, as well as respect the regulations that are of animal welfare and protection of affliction. - Apply dog driving techniques, without belt control by the training, adapted to its morphological and behavior conditions and taking into account animal welfare, according to current regulations in the matter. - Apply obstacle drawing techniques, without control of the strap by the training, adapted to its morphological conditions and taking into account animal welfare, according to current regulations in the matter. - Apply the security criteria for third parties and self -protection during the management and training of dogs, as well as respect the regulations on welfare and animal protection are applicable. - Apply techniques for the evaluation of unwanted behaviors of dogs in different coexistence environments, susceptible to correction. - Apply techniques for the evaluation of unwanted behaviors of dogs in different coexistence environments, related to emotionality. - Apply techniques for the modification of aggressive and/or predatory behaviors of the dog, to normalize its social behavior or apply the necessary palliative measures, attending to criteria of animal welfare, according to current regulations in the matter.

This course prepares you to obtain the necessary knowledge to intervene as an expert in the Courts and Courts of Justice, especially in the civil and criminal field. Any person who wishes to obtain the necessary knowledge to be able to intervene as an expert in courts, courts of justice, especially in the criminal and civil spheres, in situations of private security. However, as established by the Civil Procedure Law in its article 340.1: Experts must possess the official title that corresponds to the subject subject of the opinion and the nature of the latter. If they are subjects that are not included in official professional titles, they will be appointed among people understood in those subjects.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
