But knowing how to identify these needs and influence the purchase process is not easy, you must take into account all external influence processes such as culture, society or the social group, identify before which type of customer it is, and also what is the reason for the purchase or need. For all this this course offers useful basic concepts and concepts at the professional and personal level.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
