SUPERIOR COURSE IN FINAL AND ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATION FOR REAL ESTATE

The real estate market one of the great axes of the economy, in our case, in Spain, is a changing sector of different situations such as the crisis that hit this sector in 2008. It can be said that this formation is attached to the theoretical-practical study of the modality of management and administration of farms/real estate that are subject to possession and/or exploitation. More and more frequently, services are demanded not only related to the administration of farms but also to the real estate operations that are part of them and which require a thorough fiscal and accounting study, through the area of urban planning or real estate intermediation. We have adjusted to the new market demands in this sector and therefore, we bet on a multidisciplinary and integrated training based on daily practice.

The course in farm administration and real estate accounting prepares you for professional and specialized development for the carrying and administration of any type of real estate operation in relation to the administration of farms. This training focuses on preparing the student to face and knowing how to manage a real estate operation both from the business point of view and from the matter. Students will be prepared to learn to execute real estate operations thanks to obtaining the necessary knowledge that allow you to get to exercise as a professional administrator, manager, accountant, advisor or defense in the administration of farms and real estate operations.

This course in farm administration and real estate accounting is designed for those and professionals dedicated to fiscal, accounting or financial advice as well as the personnel who want to devote or specialize in the administration of farms and/or management of the communities of owners. It is aimed at the presidents of the communities of owners, builders, managers or people who are related to real estate advice or any real estate sector, including the urban sector.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
