Summary

Banking sales agents are people (sometimes, also companies) that act on behalf of the entities, who use them to reach customers who live in places where they do not have offices, etc. The agents have a contract with a credit entity (only with one) that allows them to negotiate operations or formalize them as if they were the entity itself, although they can carry out another activity or profession. Agents may not act through subagents. In any relationship that they establish in their status as agents, they must identify themselves as agents, and indicate to which credit entity or payment entity they are representing. Spanish credit entities, branches in Spain of foreign credit entities and payment entities must communicate to the Bank of Spain information about their agents and this will register them in a registry of agents, which is public. This course offers you the necessary training to act as a bank sales agent.
