Summary

At present, occupational accidents are one of the problems to prevent more important in the workplace. There are professions that, due to their field of work, demand occupational risks greater than others. Even so, the importance of knowing the prevention and action mechanisms in an emergency situation in any professional field is essential. This course will contribute the necessary knowledge about the main problems and risks encountered in the use of container lifting trucks, addressing with them the methods of prevention and guarantee of safety for workers.

Goals

- Develop in students the general competences on the prevention of occupational hazards. - Know the main first aid techniques to be able to carry them out in emergency situations. - Knowing current regulations related to safety and health in the use of machinery. - Learn to identify the components of a countering lift truck and the function of each of them. - Know the main risks associated with the use of carnational lift wheelbarrows and preventive measures to avoid them.

This training prepares the student to learn about the main notions of work safety and prevention methods that must be used due to risk circumstances for the worker.
