Summary
With this course of management of emotional intelligence, coaching and mindfulness you will know the principles of emotional intelligence, its benefits and the functioning of the emotional brain. You will address different methods to exercise and increase this type of intelligence through positive thoughts, self -control, imagination or visualization, conflict resolution and cognitive restructuring. In addition, you will know the world of coaching, a current therapeutic current that facilitates human processes and various benefits, as well as relaxation and centralization strategies of the moment such as mindfulness. It is a successful training and with great work projection within the therapeutic field.

With this course of management of emotional intelligence, coaching and mindfulness, you will be prepared to face as successful professional coaching processes, meditation and experience processes of the present with mindfulness and analysis and intervention to teach concepts of emotional intelligence at the group and individual level. Who is it addressed to?
This course is aimed exclusively at health personnel according to Law 44/2003, of November 21, on the ordination of health professions.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
