Summary

In the maritime fishing field, it is necessary to know the different fields of manipulation and conservation in fishing and aquaculture, within the professional area of fishing and navigation. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to manipulate and process fishing and aquaculture products, to pack and preserve fishing and aquaculture products, to contribute to basic roof operations on a fishing vessel, and act in maritime emergencies and apply work safety standards.
