At present, in the world of administration and management and within the Professional Area of Information and Communication Management, more specifically in the assistance to the management, it is very important to know the different processes for which they are carried out. Therefore, with this master of assistance to documentation and management processes in offices and offices it is about providing the necessary knowledge to know the collection and processing of information with text processors.

- Analyze the different sources of internal and external information in organizations, depending on their availability, ease and access utilities, and the type of information required in the usual documents of specific professional field. - Apply mechanographic techniques with precision, speed and quality of writing to touch, transcribing complex texts through specific computer applications. - Analyze the information contained in spreadsheets identifying the most appropriate results and form of presentation, through graphics, accurately using the right formulas, functions or other tools to achieve them. - Identify the different types of data that can contain the spreadsheets such as signs, values, formulas, dates and hours. - Identify the different types of functions available, their typology and syntax such as mathematics, predefined, nested, payment, logic, statistics and arithmetic. - Analyze the legal documents necessary for the constitution and legal functioning of the different organizations, taking into account the current civil and commercial regulations. - Distinguish public procurement processes and procedures interpreting the legal regulations applicable to the processing and presentation procedures. - Complete the most common private hiring models in the business field, identifying and applying current civil and commercial regulations. - Update the information and documentation derived from the processes and activities of the Human Resources Area - Selection, Internal Communication, Training, Development, Compensation and Benefits -, according to the procedures previously established by the organization, to contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the Human Resources area. - Apply conventional and computer file techniques, using the appropriate classification, coding and storage systems to the information and documentation that is managed. - Analyze type document management procedures, determining the intervening elements, guaranteeing the traceability, validity and uniqueness of them, using flow representation systems, through computer management applications.
