Summary

Today a large part of confrontations arise from online hiring, both national and international. Therefore, knowing how to resolve these conflicts will allow a simplification of the legal situation that arises due to distance, thanks to the use of a specific tool, we are talking about arbitration as a tool for resolving disputes in different fields, including international hiring. With this master's degree in business, arbitration and ADR, students are intended to obtain the necessary knowledge in the extrajudicial resolution of conflicts to face situations of confrontation in national and international businesses

Professional opportunities

Once the study of this master's degree, arbitration and ADR is completed, you can work as a law of the law in the department of litigation, commercial or arbitration, as well as provide legal advice in corporate law or specialize as a referee in commercial conflicts that arose of international hiring
