MF0093_2 Preparation and programming of machines and abrasion, electroerosion and special systems

In the field of mechanical manufacturing, it is necessary to know the different fields of the machining by abrasion, electroerosion and special procedures, within the professional area mechanical operations. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the preparation and programming of machines and systems of abrasion, electroerosion and special.

- Prepare and tune the machines, equipment and tools to perform the machining, according to the process sheet or the CNC program. - Check the good condition of all the material that we are going to use sharpening and lubricating the tools. - Mount the tools and useful according to the established process. - Regulate and calibrate the tools and tools that are used in machining for abrasion, electroerosion or special procedures. - Define the origins of movement and the necessary information of the pieces to be able to mechanize according to the process sheet. - Establish the manipulation processes of the materials to be transported. - Prepare CNC programs for the manufacture of parts for abrasion, electroerosion and special procedures based on the order and manufacturing process. - Prepare CNC programs for the manufacture of parts for abrasion, electroerosion and special procedures based on the order and manufacturing process. - Select the type of machining more according to the piece we are going to work. - Simulate, optimize and transmit CNC machining programs. - Relate the auxiliary manufacturing processes (feeding of parts, tools, emptying/filling of deposits, waste evacuation), with both manual and automatic techniques and means. - Differentiate the means used for machine feed automation. - Make assembly of auxiliary manufacturing elements, with appropriate techniques and taking into account risk prevention standards. - Regulate the control programs of automatic systems for feeding parts and auxiliary manufacturing operations. - Analyze prevention and safety measures regarding the actions of manipulation of facilities and equipment, contained in the security plans of the companies in the sector. - Apply the security plan analyzing the measures of prevention, security and environmental protection of the company. - Analyze the preventive measures that must be adopted for the prevention of risks and application of environmental standards in the execution of operations in the machines used in the machining by abrasion, electroerosion and special procedures.

It exercises its activity in functions of preparation of machines or systems for machining by abrasion, electroerosion and related procedures (cylindrical rectifier, flat rectifier, electroerosion by penetration, electroerosion by thread and related, etc.), as well as the execution of the machining in conventional or CNC machines.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0093_2 training module preparation and programming and systems of abrasion, electroerosion and special, certifying having overcome the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training, via which you will opt for to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through The respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of mechanical manufacturing, specifically in machining by abrasion, electroerosion and special procedures, within the professional area of mechanical operations, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the preparation and programming of machines and abrasion, electroerosion and special systems.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
