MF0497-3 Course Management of File and Content Transfer Services

At present, in the world of computer science and communications and within the professional area of systems and telematics, more specifically in the administration of Internet services, it is very important to know the different processes for which they are carried out. Therefore, with this course it is about providing the necessary knowledge to know the selection, installation, configuration and administration of transfer of files and multimedia servers.

- Install, configure file transfer services to facilitate the use of information repositories according to the organization's needs. - Manage file transfer services based on the needs specified in the organization's exploitation plan. - Install, configure audio and video services according to the specifications given and taking into account the band widths available in the communications lines. - Manage audio and video services according to specifications of the organization's exploitation plan and requirements imposed by available resources.

It develops its professional activity in companies or entities of a public or private nature of any size that have intranet, internet or extranet networks infrastructure to perform information exchange, the activity is carried out in the systems area of the computer department performing their work both on their own and on their own.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF0497_3 Administration of Multimedia Files and Contents Services, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those who develop their professional activity in the world of computer science and communications, within the professional area of systems and telematics, and more specifically in the administration of Internet services, and in general, any person who wishes to expand and/or update their knowledge in the selection, installation, configuration and administration of multimedia files and servers.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
