Summary

In the field of sociocultural and community services, it is necessary to know the different fields of promotion for the effective equality of women and men, within the professional area of training and education. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to detect, prevent and accompany the process of attention to violence against women.

Goals

- Detect, within its intervention environment, the situations of violence (direct, structural and cultural) that affect women and their offspring, including trafficking and traffic of women for the purpose of sexual exploitation, to allow diagnosis and subsequent intervention depending on the characteristics of the territory and the population. - Participate, with the intervention team, in the awareness and implementation of preventive actions to prevent situations of violence against women, collaborating with the different institutions, organizations and responsible entities. - Accompany women in a situation of violence in the first visit to a service specialized in this, to guarantee the monitoring of current protocols (inter -institutional coordination, of action at the state, health, security forces and bodies, among others) and expedite the procedures favoring the management according to their demands and needs and avoiding secondary victimization processes.

Professional exits

It develops its professional activity on behalf of others in the public and private sphere, in collaboration with the intervention team and from the direct supervision of the competent person of higher level. Likewise, it detects situations of inequality and the needs derived from it, organizing and transferring the relevant information in the subject of their specialty, both to the reference population and to higher level professionals, to promote and guide actions in the field of effective equality of women and men, and prevent discrimination of the female population. In the development of professional activity, universal accessibility principles are applied in accordance with current legislation.

To prepare you

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1584_3 Detection, prevention and accompaniment in situations of violence against women, certifying having exceeded the different units of competition in them included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which it will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective certificate of professionalism. Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
