Summary
Since April 14, 2021, Royal Decree 902/2020, of October 13. A regulation that seeks to make effective equality between women and men, developing point 28 of the Statute of Workers (modified by Royal Decree Law 20219). This course aims to offer students the necessary knowledge to train in remuneration equality. As well as knowing how to make records and know different aspects related to equal opportunities eliminating discrimination based on sex.

This course is focused to provide students with the necessary knowledge, skills, abilities and competences that allow them to develop their work on remuneration equality in the work between women and men having as a reference the Royal Decree 902-2020.

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of equality, specifically in remuneration equality at work and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to equality in the workplace and if salary compensation.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
