Decisions about organizational design often includes the diagnosis of multiple factors, including the culture of the organization, political behaviors and work design. In short, with this course, the necessary knowledge to perform a good functioning and organizational design will be acquired, it will include and analyze the relations between the theory of the organization and its application in the planning, design, implementation and evaluation of organizational structures.
