Throughout the history in holistic psychology, this current has been analyzed and deepened as an approach between mind, body and spirit, which encompasses all those techniques and methods that treat these three concepts. This specialization in holistic psychology contains psychology techniques to comprehensively address people's mental and emotional health. In addition, students will acquire skills to understand and work with the interconnection between the body, the mind and the spirit, as well as to apply techniques and holistic therapies that promote well -being in all these dimensions. Therefore, it is intended to teach students therapeutic and practical techniques that are based on holistic principles.
