This team work course offers you a specialized training in the material. We must know that for the human resources area it is very important to deepen and acquire the knowledge of teamwork within the soft skills sector.

- Identify the importance of the common values of the group in teamwork. - Know the figure of the leader as a fundamental element within work and teamwork. - Know the framework of competencies that we must develop individually to achieve a successful work and identify our competence level of development. - Identify negative and positive behaviors of each of the basic skills and their impact on teamwork. - Know how the teamwork process is developed from different perspectives: equipment construction, life cycle, roles, techniques and tools and dysfunctions. - Identify the papers that each member of the team plays within the set and the positive and negative connotations depending on the objective to be achieved and the circumstances of the rest of the group members. - Learn the main tools that facilitate teamwork as well as techniques to ensure that group members are more cohesive and objective oriented. - Identify the different ways in which a conflict can be resolved, analyzing the pros and cons of each of them. - Learn to identify the conflict as a source of change and evolution.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
