The chemical instrumentation and control course prepares you to manage and optimize control and measurement systems in industrial environments. You will acquire skills for the maintenance, calibration and validation of instruments that measure critical variables such as pressure, flow, level and temperature. You will learn to analyze online data, use converting elements and apply automatic regulation techniques. You will also be able to implement alarm and surveillance systems to improve operational safety. This course does not enable for professional practice, but complements your knowledge. This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF0118 Instrumentation and control in the chemical plant, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through their respective calls Autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

The Course Instrumentation and Control in Chemical Plant is aimed at professionals and graduates of the chemical sector interested in expanding or updating their knowledge in instrumentation, maintenance, calibration and validation of pressure, flow, level and temperature instruments, as well as in alarm and surveillance systems. This course does not enable professional practice.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
