Summary
In the field of computer science and communications, it is necessary to know the different fields of the management and supervision of alarms in communications networks, within the professional area communications. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to manage the quality of the services supported on the communications network, more specifically on the quality reports of network and supported services.
