Summary
In today's society we live a rhythm of life marked by stress and anxiety. Therefore, the appearance of pathologies related to sleep hygiene is common. These may be preceded by harmful habits such as drug abuse and electronic devices, or their own diseases such as apnea. Throughout this course in sleep pathologies you will discover as a professional what are the causes and form of diagnosis of these pathologies. In addition, you can see what are the therapies to try to improve the patient's quality of life. This training provides you with a flexible online teaching system, with updated content and the best specialized teaching team at your disposal.

To prepare you
This course in sleep pathologies will prepare you to understand, identify and treat sleep disorders that you can see among the people you treat professionally. You will discover tools to guide the patient in improving the quality of his dream and, therefore, of his life. You can see the different types of existing psychological and pharmacological treatments complementing these and attending to your patients according to their need.

This course is aimed exclusively at health personnel according to Law 44/2003, of November 21, on the management of health professions

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University and PhD master). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
