Summary

The tourism sector offers the customer increasing number of products and services, since it has a standard of living and a tradition as a tourist that makes it more demanding. This fact forces professionals in the sector to have very deep knowledge of all the possibilities that the resources of each area, and thus design what in the eyes of the visitor can be more interesting. This course will provide the student with the knowledge necessary to prepare and operate combined trips, excursions and transfers, manage events and tourist information and distribution units, in addition to communicating in English with an independent user level, in tourist activities.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the HOTG0108 Professional Certificate Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).
