Summary
The current environment in which we find constant technological changes has influenced the way of managing organizations, being essential to adapt the professional profile of business directors to the environment, which require reacting on time and making decisions that anticipate these changes. The Master focuses on providing students with knowledge and competencies to be able to manage the digital business transformation by analyzing and managing innovation, and systematically implementing it in business processes. INESEM offers a training program adapted to the current business management, providing their students with knowledge and tools for innovation management and business processes.

This master prepares you as a professional capable of leading innovation processes in the company through problem solving using different creativity techniques to generate value to the company. You will learn to manage business processes by addressing automation under the discipline of Business Process Management (BPM), and you will know how to address a project to implement a BPM system in the organization.
Who is it addressed to?
The Master is specially designed for professionals involved in the digital transformation of organizations through the management of business processes innovation. It has been designed for the training of experts in analysis and management of business and innovation processes, using the appropriate tools for said function
Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
