Summary

In the field of trade and marketing, it is necessary to management and control of the supply, within the professional area of commercial logistics and transport management. Thus, with this Master in Management and Control of the supply, it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge in supplier management.

Goals

- Control the effective and efficient execution of the provisioning program, depending on the development of the established production/sales plan. - Agree with the suppliers the development of the provisioning flows, taking into account the conditions and/or margins established in the purchase and/or supply contract. - Perform the monitoring and evaluation of suppliers to ensure compliance and improve the quality of the provisioning process. - Define the phases and operations to be carried out within the logistics chain in accordance with the levels of service and quality established to monitor the goods. - Calculate logistics costs based on the variables involved in the execution of the distribution service, to prepare a budget of the logistics service. - Analyze the most common incidents in the logistics chain by proposing timely procedures to resolve them. - Interpret the information, lines and arguments of an oral, formal and informal discourse, face -to -face or retransmitted, of an international logistics operation. - Obtain and interpret data and specific information from different documents and sources of international transport information by making sporadic use of the dictionary. - Determine the demand and needs of the production/distribution plans based on the compromised delivery deadlines. - Use project planning and control techniques, identifying the phases and/or activities taking into account the estimate of the scheduled times. - Prepare programs for requirements and lists of materials/supply products that conform to objectives, deadlines and quality criteria of production processes. -Apply inventory management methods for determining the requirements of goods and materials in production/supply systems. -Evaluate the inventory costs generated in the storage of materials and products in a production/provisioning system.
