Textile Process Course: MF0453_3 Textiles and textile processes

In the field of the textile world, preparation and skin it is necessary to know the development of technical textiles within the professional area of thread and fabric production. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to analyze raw materials, products and textile processes.

- Recognize textile materials and products (fibers, threads, fabrics and non -woven fabrics) with technical, quality, aesthetic and behavior criteria to use. - Supervise, where appropriate, perform physicochemical tests for the identification or measure of parameters of textile subjects and their behavior. - Check textile products in the course of your manufacturing process. - Make proposals on the industrial process that must follow the textile subject to make a specific article. - Collaborate in the determination of the treatments that must be carried out to the textile materials and the chemicals that are used, in order to confer certain physical characteristics (to the touch, which, among others). - Manage the product information and manufacturing process, in digital or physical support, at the end of driving and controlling the work in charge, and contributing to the company's production and quality management plans.

This professional works on their own in large, medium and small businesses dedicated to the manufacture of technical components or textile products, use in various sectors.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF0453_3_3 Textile Processes, Products and Processes, certifying having exceeded the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of textile, clothing and skin, specifically in the development of technical textiles, within the professional area of thread and fabric production, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to analyzing raw materials, products and textile processes.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
