However, the provision of the services and the main activity of the company are carried out from its headquarters in Spain (hereinafter, “main headquarters”), being subject to the relationship with the user to the Spanish regulations that are applied. This legal notice regulates the conditions of use and navigation on the website: https://educhub.ai/, as well as the contractual relationship that could originate in the hiring of services and/or products offered on the platform (hereinafter, “services”).

When accessing the website and using its functionalities, the person who does it acquires the condition of user. This navigation implies the acceptance of this legal notice and the conditions of use in force at all times. The company reserves the right to introduce modifications or updates when it considers it appropriate, complying at all times with the applicable regulations and respecting the rights of consumers and users.

Although access and/or hiring is carried out through the “EDUCAHUB” brand, it is reported that the real provision of the services starts from the main headquarters in Spain, governed by Spanish regulations, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions that may correspond to consumers in their national legislation.

This legal notice aims to describe the legal conditions applicable to the access, use and contracting of the website services, and complying with Law 34/2002, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), as well as the remaining Spanish regulations that are applied (for example, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, on defense of consumers and users).

Access to the website does not suppose, by itself, the beginning of commercial relationship. To hire the services it will be necessary to use the channels authorized for this purpose, the acceptance of additional conditions may be required.

The company makes periodic reviews of the content published on the platform, seeking its actuality and accuracy. However, in the event that the user detects some incomplete or inaccurate information, he can immediately communicate it to info@educhub.ai to correct such incidents.

 In accordance with the location of the main headquarters of the company, these conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. Given any controversy derived from the interpretation or fulfillment of this legal notice and/or of the contracted services, both parties will be submitted, with express renunciation of any other jurisdiction that may correspond, to the jurisdiction of the competent Spanish courts in the place where the company has its headquarters.

However, if the user holds the condition of the final consumer, he may choose to file claims before the courts of his own home, as contemplated in article 52.2 of the Law of Civil Procedure and other applicable consumption regulations. In the event that any provision of this legal notice was declared void, the rest of the clauses will remain in force and will be interpreted in the form most in line with the original intention. 

Validity of the degrees / Formations

The issued diplomas lack academic or official validity, unless expressly indicated that the training is approved or certified by an educational or administrative entity. In this case, such approval or accreditation will be recorded.

Regarding entities that wish to offer the company's training actions within its catalog, they must have express authorization to do so, always presenting the information with total transparency about the role that the company plays as an entity that teaches the training. In no case is the inclusion of approved or accredited formations by third parties authorized without previously counting on the corresponding permits.
