AFDA0511 AUXILIARY OPERATIONS IN THE ORGANIZATION OF ACTIVITIES AND WORKS

In the field of physical and sports activities, it is necessary to know the different fields of auxiliary operations in the organization of activities and operation of sports facilities. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for assistance to users and access control in sports facilities, assistance to sports technicians in the organization of spaces, activities and material in sports facilities, as well as preventive safety operations in sports facilities and assistance in case of emergency. The Spanish Fitness Federation accredits only the contents referring to physical activity, any mention to technical-tactical aspects is outside its competences and accreditation.

- Define the different more common access, circulation and evacuation systems and protocols in the different typologies of sports facilities and identify the possible architectural barriers and the means to eliminate them in order to facilitate the displacement and use of the facilities by users that have limitations in their personal autonomy of minors. - Apply the entity's protocols for user data control, in accordance with their protection regulations. - Perform auxiliary transport, distribution, collection, storage and inventory work of the materials used in the development of sports-recreational activities. -Arealize auxiliary work in the organization and development of events and competitions in sports facilities. - Apply auxiliary supervision techniques, checking the general status of the sports installation as well as the storage and inventory systems of auxiliary material, in relation to safety, cleaning and hygiene and communicating the incidents detected to those responsible. - Auxiliary and participate in the necessary actions, included in the installation security protocol, to generate a safe environment for workers and users in emergency situations, under the supervision of a superior manager.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the AFDA0511 Professional Certificate Auxiliary Operations in the organization of activities and operation of sports facilities certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
