Summary

The present course of Child Yoga Monitor + Training Training acquires its importance, in the world of physical and well -being activities, through the need to know the different techniques and guidelines to be followed by every children's yoga monitor. Therefore, the main objective of this children's yoga monitor course + trainers will be the development of these techniques and guidelines, as well as the description of the actions to follow to achieve the development of the different relaxation techniques in the children's stage. In addition, this children's yoga monitor course + trainers trainer has been created under this idea and aims to train teaching staff for the development of different training actions such as official continuous training plans, official non -regulated training or occupational professional training. The Spanish Fitness Federation accredits only the contents referring to physical activity, any mention to technical-tactical aspects is outside its competences and accreditation.

- Know the anatomy and physiology of the human body. - Identify the main objectives of the different relaxation techniques carried out in the children's stage. - Know the importance of yoga in children's age, as well as its importance in development. - Know how to structure a children's yoga class. - Acquire the necessary capacities to perform teachers' functions in a private training or academy. - Acquire the pedagogical and didactic competences necessary for the design, planning, management and implementation of a training plan, both in the business field and in the unregulated official training.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). Double degree: - Titling of Child Yoga Monitor with 200 hours issued by EDUSPORT and accredited by the Spanish Fitness Federation (FEF) which will be able to access as federated receiving the corresponding professional card in Yoga for children, in addition to the end of the training, the student will become part of the Spanish Registry of Exercise professionals (ESREPS) that collects the professionals of the year, establishing a professional registration and a professional registration to guarantee A safe and effective advice of customers users of fitness facilities for qualified professionals. The Spanish Fitness Federation accredits only the contents referring to physical activity, any mention to technical-tactical aspects is outside its competences and accreditation. - University Training of Training Formator with 5 ECTS University Credits.
