COMT0211 Course Auxiliary Commerce Activities (Certificate of Complete Professionalism)

At present, in the world of trade and marketing, it is very important to know the auxiliary trade activities. Therefore, with this course it is about providing the necessary knowledge for auxiliary operations at the point of sale, the preparation of orders, the manipulation and movements of strokes and hand trucks and basic customer service.

- Perform auxiliary operations for replacement, disposition and conditioning of products at the point of sale. - Prepare orders effectively and efficiently, following established procedures. - Manipulate and transfer products on the commercial area and in the distribution of proximity, using transpalés and hand trucks. - Provide operational, structured and protocolized information to the client.

It develops its functions in commercial establishments: stores, supermarkets and hypermarkets, on behalf of others, or own in the case of the distribution of proximity, following the instructions received and under the direct supervision of a responsible for the establishment or commercial distribution.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the Certificate of Professional COMT011 Autonomous, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those who are dedicated to the world of trade and marketing, more specifically to the auxiliary trade activities, in the professional area of the sale and who intend to obtain knowledge related to the auxiliary operations at the point of sale, the preparation of orders, the manipulation and movements of strokes and trucks and the basic customer service.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
