Summary
Health promotion is an activity that involves an extensive network of social agents in many different scenarios. Professionals of the health, educational and social fields today work together in multidisciplinary teams to develop public health promotion initiatives through collaborative work. The application of health promotion measures and disease prevention responds to the needs detected in the current population. Physical exercise, adequate food or sufficient rest are some of the habits that must be established in the current lifestyle through educational actions at different levels. This course will offer you the tools for the detection and evaluation of needs and the design and development of specific plans and programs that contribute to the improvement of the quality of life and well -being.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
