Summary
This course provides the knowledge required to develop professionally in the environment of international hiring, useful in this branch that is constantly changing and growth since professionals who know the legal aspects applicable to the world of international hiring are required. This course allows you to specialize in legal aspects and the preparation of contracts in international contracts taking into account the intellectual, industrial property, unfair competition, defense of competition, international regulations, insurance, transport, financing and intermediation. Also expanding towards the controversy solution through arbitration and judicial paths.
