Summary
This course in penitentiary legislation offers you a specialized training in the field. Penitentiary institutions have as its primary purpose the reeducation and social reintegration of those who have been sentenced to sentences and measures deprived of liberty, with art. 25 of the Spanish Constitution of 1978, as well as the retention and custody of detainees, prisoners and punishes. With this course in penitentiary legislation, all penitentiary legislation will be announced.

This course in penitentiary legislation prepares to know and acquire the different prison legislation currently in force, in order to put it into practice when necessary.

This course in penitentiary legislation is aimed at prison officials, prison services, prison personnel, or any other person who wants to train on the different penitentiary legislation that exists or has existed.
Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
