Summary

At present, in the world of sociocultural services and the community and within the professional social area, more specifically in the labor insertion of people with disabilities, it is very important to know the different processes. Therefore, with this course it is about providing the necessary knowledge to know the management of labor resources, training and job analysis for socio -labor insertion, socio -labor skills training, the employment methodology with support in socio -labor insertion and monitoring the insertion process, all of people with disabilities.

Goals

- Manage information on socio -labor and training resources and collaborate in the analysis of jobs for the socio -labor insertion of people with disabilities. - Perform interventions aimed at training for the acquisition and development of socio -labor skills in people with disabilities. - Support the socio -labor insertion process of people with disabilities. - Monitor the socio -labor insertion with the company, the user and its work environment.

The present training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the SSCG0109 Professional Certificate.
