In large companies, it is necessary to implement an economic-financial department in charge of, on the one hand to prepare the budgets of the next year, on the other hand, to analyze the results obtained in the previous year, in order to establish specific guidelines in the line of the achievement of greater profitability and maximization of the value of the shares. That is why, this course of financial budgets, is adequate for on the one hand to elaborate and control the budgets, and, on the other, to develop the skills for a correct economic-financial direction of the company.

- Know of the types of budgets to, after the identification of the characteristics of the business, establish plans adjusted to the strategy. - Monitor the different budgets established in the previous phase and detect possible deviations during exercise to detect problems if any. - Analyze the financial, economic and accounting situation of the company influencing the decisions of the organization, based on the financial statements. - Identify and analyze the economic indicators and interpret the results to obtain a precise assessment of the company's solvency.

The Financial Budget Course prepares you to, on the one hand, prepare budgetary plans from reliable economic data, and, on the other hand, subsequently, compare these budgets with the final data and financial statements of the year. The financial and accounting situation of the company will be analyzed, influencing the decision -making of the organization, with the sole purpose of implementing decisions that contribute to increase the profitability and assessment of the actions for the shareholders.
