Expert course in mediation in civil and commercial matters

INEAF Business School as a mediator training center recognized by the Ministry of Justice presents this mediation expert in civil and commercial matters that will allow students to accredit legal training in the field of mediation, complying with the necessary requirement for registration in the Mediators Registry. Mediation in the civil and commercial sphere constitutes one of the efforts by the European Union to carry out a legal harmonization of the conflict resolution space. This course oriented to the knowledge of the theories that are responsible for the study of the conflict, of mediation in the various fields of commercial and civil law, such as competition, intellectual property, the community of neighbors, consumption, the right of societies or copyright, among others, allows students to specialize in a booming area.

- Acquire expert knowledge about the institution of mediation in the civil and commercial sphere. - Establish the procedural bases where the action around conflicts and their possible channeling through mediation will be developed. - Appreciate the singularities and common fields of mediation in the business and civil environment. - Constitute proactive and leadership skills that allow the student to put the consequences of the conflict. - Delimit the area of knowledge where the conflicting activity will be developed. - Develop attitudes for conflict during their gestation, their development and channeling that allows students to design control and solution strategies through mediation.

The work output of the civil and commercial mediator is as wide as the subject that covers. In this sense, it will be possible to act as a mediator in a range of possibilities, as well as develop expert knowledge in these spaces, to carry out complementary materials to that of the mediator, giving rise to a varied and unique approach of the institution itself.

This expert course aims to provide students with technical and theoretical training in the field of civil and commercial mediation. The proliferation of conflicts in this area as wide as complex has led to the jurisdiction to have to adapt, giving rise to varied types of mediation, where the sectorial knowledge of each area will be essential. The framework of conflicts within an adequate theory constitutes one of the fundamental elements of the course, from which to address the task of mediation in any type of situation related to the scope of the company or market.

Addressed to anyone interested in training in this area of knowledge. Especially indicated for those related to the legal and commercial or civil scope, which intend to develop their knowledge around the mediation institution, also for psychologists and social workers who intend to focus their knowledge towards the area of conflicts, warning the exceptional tool that results in mediation in their resolution.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
