Summary
Food security exists when all people have, at all times, physical, social and economic access to sufficient, harmless and nutritious foods that meet their daily energy needs and food preferences to carry out an active and healthy life. Thanks to this course in Food and Nutrition Security you can know all food legislation, which will help you meet legal requirements and avoid possible sanctions. In addition, you will help improve the quality of your company and its reputation because the implementation of food security practices will allow you to obtain quality food and increase consumers, while reducing the risks related to manipulation, production, storage and distribution.

Who is it addressed to?
This course is aimed exclusively at health personnel according to Law 44/2003, of November 21, on the ordination of health professions.
Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
