Summary
In the field of nutrition it is necessary to know all types of food, as well as their value and composition, this is made possible thanks to the nutritional labeling of food, through which it is possible to avoid possible risks related to intake. Therefore and given its importance, through this course it is intended to know the diverse characteristics of food, as well as their nutritional value and composition to deal with individual nutritional needs, knowing such information through labeling.

The food nutritional labeling course is aimed at anyone who wishes to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes, which enables you to comply with the regulation on food information provided to the consumer. Its main objective is to give security in relation to food intake, through knowledge of nutritional needs and the composition of foods that are visible in labeling as information provided to the consumer.

This course is aimed at the professionals of the food industry whose work activity is related to manipulation, sale or any other food -related action, and in general to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the nutritional labeling of food.
Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
