Summary
The growing character of the specialization of the food industry in our country is undeniable, as well as the importance of this industry within the current business fabric. That is why the main objective of this course is the preparation of the student to face professional challenges related to consulting and advice on food quality, being able to guarantee the traceability of products, contact with suppliers, as well as their microbiological safety through the definition of hazards and critical points at any stage of the production process. Inesem's teaching team will help you, through its long work and academic experience to achieve these objectives.

With this online course in food traceability you will acquire the most important knowledge of the agro-food industry from the point of view of security. You will learn the quality standards and requirements to be complied with to guarantee it in any of the stages of the industrial process, always respecting the regulations in this regard. You will know the hygienic principles and measures for food handling.

Aimed at graduates, diplomas or graduates as well as students of health sciences, pharmacy, chemicals, agronomists, industrial engineers, nutritionists, biologists, direct and intermediate controls related to the area of quality and food traceability, as well as any person interested in the subject.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
