Summary
Regarding the assumption of competencies in health and hygiene, the Law of Management System is issued that aims to regulate health activities in the community of Castilla y León, constituting a health system in said community and creating the Regional Health Management, an institutional instrument for the management of the competencies and resources entrusted. With the study of the course in health legislation of the Autonomous Community of Castilla-León, students are sought to have the necessary knowledge to understand the set of public and private resources existing in said territory under a perspective of comprehensive health care.
